　　主要研究方向：X-射线单晶衍射法研究分子间的弱相互作用和金属配合物结构与性能的关系

　　杜晨霞 理学博士，教授，河南省优秀青年骨干教师，博士研究生导师。1984-19897年在郑州大学化学系攻读硕士学位,从事稀土配合物的合成与萃取分离。1987-1994年在郑州大学工作 ,主要从有机物和配合物的结构分析鉴定。1994-1997在复旦大学化学系攻读博士学位，主要从事高分子稀土功能发光材料的合成与性能研究。1997-1998在香港中文大学做访问学者，主要从事X-射线单晶衍射法研究分子间的弱相互作用和金属配合物结构与性能的关系。近几年来主持三项国家自然科学基金，参加一项国家自然科学基金和一项杰出人才创新基金，主持一项省杰出青年基金，发表论文40余篇，其中SCI和EI收录论文30余篇。目前主要从事：有机、配合物类光电功能材料的合成及性能研究；分子组装及性能关系。
