张福义,男,1965年6月出生,博士(后),教授,硕士生导师,河南省中青年优秀骨干教师,有机化学专业,从事药物合成,新型生物活性糖模拟物的合成研究。1983.9-1987.6 就读于华中师范大学化学系,获学士学位。1991.9-1994.6 在南开大学攻读硕士研究生,获硕士学位。1994.7-2003.11 在郑州大学化学系任教,2002年被评为河南省高校中青年优秀骨干教师,2003年获有机化学专业博士学位;从事氨基糖,分枝糖及其它新型糖模拟物的合成及应用研究;以糖为原料的天然产物手性砌块﹑手性助剂的合成研究。2003.11-2004.12在香港大学化学系支志明(Che Chi-Ming) 院士课题组做访问学者。从事抗癌活性糖类化合物和糖卟啉化合物的合成及性能研究工作。2005.1-2007.12 在瑞士联邦理工大学(ETH)化学系做博士后研究,师从世界著名有机化学家,糖化学家Andrea Vasella教授。从事的主要研究工作有:(1)Cellulose模拟物中间体1,5,6位四氘代八糖的全合成研究;(2)2位叠氮基Cellulose的合成及其环加成反应研究;(3)以6-甲基尿嘧啶为原料,通过重氮次甲基尿嘧啶中间体的环丙化—乙烯基环丙烷重排反应构建新型生物活性杂环体系。
主持和参与完成科研项目多项,在国内外学术刊物上发表研究论文40余篇。目前主持的在研项目有国家自然科学基金一项,教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金一项,生命有机化学国家重点实验室开放基金一项,河南省教育厅自然科学研究计划一项。近年发表SCI论文情况如下:
