  个人简历:

  颜振宁,女,博士,教授,硕士研究生导师。简历:1992年获河南师范大学学士学位,1996年获河南师范大学溶液化学硕士学位,1999年7月获天津大学化学工艺学博士学位,同年到郑州大学任教;2000-2003年在郑州大学化学博士后工作站从事博士后研究。2001年被评为郑州大学青年骨干教师,2004年被评为河南省青年骨干教师,2007年获得河南省优秀青年科技专家称号。主持了国家自然科学基金面上基金项目2项,河南省杰出青年基金1项,河南省青年骨干教师基金和河南省自然科学基金资助课题多项,参加5项国家自然科学基金面上基金项目和1项国家教育部优秀年轻教师基金项目的研究工作。在国内外期刊上发表论文60余篇,5项科技成果通过省级鉴定,其中两项获河南省科技进步一等奖。9篇论文获河南省自然科学优秀论文一等奖。

  研究方向:

  1.生物小分子与有机电解质相互作用的功能溶液化学研究

  氨基酸和小肽具有很强的活性、多样性和重要的生物学功能,它们对人体的生命活动具有非常重要的意义。水溶液是生物分子的主要溶剂环境,其中含有许多内源性和外源性物质,这些物质对生物分子的构型和特性有很大的影响,其中电解质的影响在生物物质的物理化学性质的研究中是一个十分重要的课题。我们的研究着眼于生物小分子(例如氨基酸和小肽)与功能有机电解质(简单有机电解质、离子型表面活性剂、离子液体等)之间的相互作用。研究手段以热力学和光谱学技术为主。该研究为了解生理学体系中有机电解质对肽和氨基酸生物活性的影响以及有机电解质的科学使用提供线索。

  2.功能材料

  离子选择性电极(ISEs)是近十多年来在电位法领域里发展起来的一种新的测试工具,它可以通过简单的电位测量直接测定溶液中某一离子的活度。离子选择性电极目前还是发展中的一门新技术,除少数品种较为成熟外,多数还不够成熟,现阶段,还面临着改进电极的选择性,提高测量精度,研制新的品种以及有关基础理论的研究等问题。我们的研究拟以各种新型有机化合物作为离子选择电极高分子膜的功能材料,制备对某些离子响应的选择电极,用于水质、土壤、食品中相关离子的检测。该项目涉及有机化学和电分析化学的前沿领域,具有重要的基础理论研究意义,在环境保护等方面具有实际应用价值。
