气体传感器在环境监测、煤矿安全、食品检测以及呼气分析等领域发挥着日益重要的作用。金属氧化物半导体气体传感器因灵敏度高、稳定性好、结构简单、价格便宜等特点而受到广泛关注。但半导体气敏材料存在着选择性差等缺点,限制了气体传感器在特定领域的发展和应用。课题组针对这些问题,根据半导体材料对不同气体的气敏机理,通过掺杂、纳米组装、功能化等技术的综合运用,从而达到对特定气体的选择性检测。相关研究成果已发表在Sens. Actuator B 等杂志上。
固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFCs)由于能量转换效率可达80%,被认为是解决目前能源短缺和环境污染的重要方法。设计合成在较低工作温度下具有高离子电导率、热力学稳定的电解质材料是目前SOFCs的主要研究方向。课题组以氧化铈为研究对象,通过对材料结构的调控,得到了离子电导率高、稳性能定的新型复合电解质材料。相关研究成果已发表在J. Power Sources,Mater. Res. Bull.,Solid State Ionics等杂志上。
