  1. 个人经历:

  单崇新,男,1977年生,河南长垣人。教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者、中共中央组织部万人计划“青年拔尖人才”、中原学者、人力资源与社会保障部“百千万人才工程”、国家有突出贡献中青年专家。1999年本科毕业于武汉大学,2004年博士毕业于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所。2004年到2008年先后在香港中文大学和英国诺丁汉大学做博士后。2008年回国并入选中科院“百人计划”,2013年结题时被评为“优秀”。近年来一直在从事宽禁带半导体光电材料与器件研究,发表SCI论文150余 篇,被SCI 他引2600余次,h指数28。获吉林省自然科学一等奖、科技进步一等奖、国家有突出贡献中青年专家、河南省中原学者、吉林省优秀海外归国人才、吉林省拔尖创新人才等科技奖励和荣誉。

  2. 研究方向:

  主要从事宽禁带半导体光电材料与器件研究工作,目前研究内容包括宝石级金刚石单晶的合成、金刚石电子器件、氧化锌纳米结构及其光电器件应用等。

  主持国家杰出青年基金项目1项,国家自然科学基金-河南省政府联合基金重点项目1项,中组部万人计划项目1项,河南省中原学者项目1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,河南省高校创新团队项目1项等。发表SCI论文150余篇,被SCI他引2600余次,h指数28。授权国家发明专利4项,与他人合著英文专著3部,在国内外学术会议上做邀请报告50余次。
