Speech Act of Refusals is a behavior involved in the problem of "face".As well as all the speech acts, speech act of refusals shares the same features in different cultures. However, they have a great difference with impressively social and cultural signs .The choices of refusal strategies are different between English language and Chinese language owing to the different view of cultural values.Similarities and differences of refusal strategies between English and chinese languages are reflect of Cultural Differences.Instead ,with the advancement of global economy ,cultures begin to fuse increasingly ,refusal languages also appeare the phenomenon of fusion.
